IndexMeAI (“we,” “us”) provides a calibrated measurement of how AI language models describe people, brands, and entities. By using indexmeai.com (the “Service”), you (“you,” “user”) agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

• Free reading

  A single calibrated reading on signup. No payment required. No guarantee that the Service will remain free at this tier indefinitely.

• Paid tiers

  Subscription-based access to weekly readings and additional features (see Pricing). Billed monthly via our payment processor. The current rate is $4.99/month for the Cohort-01 founder tier.

• Forthcoming features

  Some features are explicitly labeled forthcoming. We're building toward them but can't commit to delivery dates.

• Age

  You must be at least 18 to use the Service.

• Accurate info

  Provide accurate registration and billing information. Keep it current.

• Access

  You're responsible for what happens under your account. Don't share credentials.

• Billing cycle

  Paid subscriptions auto-renew monthly until canceled. Charges occur on the same day of each month as the original purchase.

• Cancellation

  Cancel any time from the customer portal (link in every billing email). Cancellation stops the next charge; access continues through the end of the paid period.

• Refunds

  First 14 days: full refund, no questions. After 14 days: prorated refunds at our discretion. Email us.

• Price changes

  Cohort-01 founder pricing is locked for the life of your subscription. We won't raise the price on you. We may change pricing for new subscribers.

• Taxes

  Prices exclude applicable taxes. We collect what the law requires.

Don't:

• Misuse the Service

  No scraping, reverse-engineering, or trying to circumvent rate limits.

• Run scans on people who've asked you not to

  A reading is a measurement. Use it responsibly, particularly for non-public individuals.

• Use it to harass

  Don't weaponize a low score against someone. The Service is for understanding presence, not for defamation.

• Resell without permission

  Agency / white-label use requires the Signal Brief tier or a signed agreement.

• Break the law

  Self-explanatory.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these in a material way.

• Your inputs

  You retain ownership of the names and inputs you submit. You grant us the right to process them to run the Service.

• Our methodology

  The scoring methodology, weights, dimension definitions, prompt structure, and rolled-up Index are ours.

• Public readings

  By generating a permalink (/r/[slug]), you make that reading publicly accessible at that URL for up to a year. If you want it removed sooner, email us.

• The Global AI Index

  Profiles in the public Index will be opt-in or limited to publicly notable figures. We'll publish opt-out instructions before launch.

The scores are calibrated estimates, not authoritative facts. They're directionally meaningful but not perfect. Don't make hiring, firing, investing, or other consequential decisions based solely on an IndexMeAI reading. We document our methodology publicly at /methodology.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) FEES YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100. WE'RE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

You may stop using the Service or cancel a paid subscription at any time. We may terminate your access if you materially violate these Terms. We'll refund any unused portion of the paid period if we terminate without cause.

If we change these Terms materially, we'll email subscribers and update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a material change means you accept it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
