Index Agent is a waitlist-only correction workflow currently shown at a $9.99/month validation price. Neither early price should be read as validated standard pricing.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes, in one click from the billing portal. You keep access through the period you already paid for.
Why is Cohort-01 priced this low?+
It is a validation offer for the first customers helping us test retention, support, and the correction workflow. Later cohorts may use different packaging and standard pricing.
Do you offer refunds?+
Yes — 14 days, no questions asked. Email us within two weeks of a charge and we'll refund it.
Is payment live yet?+
Not quite. Card collection opens after the company entity, live Stripe configuration, tax posture, and payment recovery checks are complete. Joining the list creates no charge.
